Agreement to Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, founders submitting funding applications, prospective limited partners, and any other users of our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to this page.

Safa Global Ventures is a venture capital firm incorporated in Malta and operating globally. Our website provides information about SGV, our portfolio, investment thesis, and opportunities to apply for funding or contact our team. Specific services include:

• A funding application process for founders and entrepreneurs
• A secure investor portal providing access to fund documents and performance data for authorized limited partners

Access to the investor portal is restricted to authorized limited partners and is subject to additional confidentiality obligations. Submission of a funding application does not create any obligation on the part of SGV to invest, respond, or enter into any agreement.
